Like all moms, I loved having pictures of my kids done, especially because they grow up so quickly. I would change places, Quality One, Sears, even clip a coupon when available. I thought a picture was just a picture. My husband bought me a session at Elite Portrait Design for Mother's Day. When I saw the pictures, I cried. Captured perfectly was the little sly smile on my daughter's face, the questioning look my son will have, their feet dancing and my daughter stepping on my son's toes. It wasn't just heir picture but their personality was caught in just a moment in time. I have returned for more portraits and feel this was my best investment ever. Lisa even came to my home to see the colors in my home and arranged the portraits and frames to go along with the decor. She did more sepia tones with rich colored frames for the living room, black and white for the hallway, and bright pink frames which were the perfect complement to my daughter's room. All of our experiences at Elite Portrait Design have been nothing short of fabulous. Lisa has taken fantastic promotional photos for many different work projects of mine and they have all been so creative and versatile! Personally, we have used her for portraits of our children. We get compliments on how beautiful the large portrait of them hangin in our entryway is all the time. Lisa has taken beautiful photos of me while I was pregnant at a time when I didn't feel that beautiful, she made me feel really comfortable during the shoot, which is so important for an expecting mom. The portraits are so very special and when the baby was born, Lisa took the most beautiful newborn photos that capture the innocence of a tiny baby and all the love and emotion with the mommy and baby photos. Our family moved to Mankato from Texas 2 years ago and we were in need of finding a new photographer for our family photos. After losing at many photos and work of other photographers in the area, we chose to go with Elite Portrait Design. From the first time we met Lisa, she was so fun, energetic and paid attention to detail. She listened to our needs and wants and captured some really great rustic outdoor photos of our family, just what we wanted! you can tell Lisa has experience with children and this was a BIG importance to us as our son is not too cooperative taking photos, but he sure modeled for her. My experience with Elite Portrait Design was wonderful. My daughter had her two year pictures taken with them and she is quite a strong willed child and will only do things if she wants to but Lisa worked very well with her and took her outside and got some amazing pictures.
